OUR STUDIO COMMUNITY

Echo Mapping by Elaine Grainger and Moa Gustafsson. Photograph by Katy Morrison (2024)

PINK’s studio community brings together artists, makers, writers, designers, publishers, facilitators and creative practitioners working across painting, sculpture, textiles, performance, photography, book arts, floristry, installation, CGI, writing and socially engaged practice.

Based across our building in Stockport, the studios form an active part of PINK’s wider ecology: a working environment shaped by exchange, independence, experimentation and peer support. Each studio holder brings their own practice, questions and ways of working into the building, contributing to a community that is varied, generous and artist-led.

This page introduces the people currently making, thinking and working from PINK. From emerging artists to established practitioners, our studio community reflects the breadth of creative practice happening in Stockport and across Greater Manchester.

Interested in joining PINK’s studio community? We welcome expressions of interest from artists, makers, writers, designers, facilitators and creative practitioners looking for an active, supportive place to work in Stockport. Studio availability changes throughout the year, so the best way to hear about future spaces is to join our waiting list.
