About the Event

Creative producer and mentor Greg Thorpe leads a focused workshop on resilience for artists and cultural workers. This session looks at how you keep momentum going through instability, pressure, and stop-start working patterns without burning out or losing your practice.

The session is grounded in the real conditions artists work in. Expect clear tools, shared experience, and open discussion. No jargon. No performance. Space to reflect, reset, and strengthen how you work.

About UPLIFT

UPLIFT is a free, ten-part workshop series for artists, freelancers, and cultural workers in Greater Manchester. It offers practical support for everyday creative work including funding, pricing, marketing, contracts, exhibitions, and sustainability.

Workshops will run from January–February 2026, delivered in person and online. Some sessions are larger and open; others are smaller and more focused. All are free, with limited places.
