Join us for the next in our series of wine tastings hosted in collaboration with local sommelier, Daniel Waite. This month, we’ll be tasting wines from Germany’s Mosel region—renowned for its steep, sloping vineyards and iconic grape varieties like Riesling. Our focus will be on five exceptional wines from Staffelter Hof, a historic winery established in 862 AD, making it one of the oldest in the world.

Though rooted in centuries of tradition, Staffelter Hof is anything but stuck in the past. Under the leadership of winemaker Jan Matthias Klein, the estate’s 9 hectares of vines—certified organic since 2014—have become a hub for innovation. That same year, Jan began producing a special range of natural wines made without added sulphites. The range has since grown to nearly ten distinctive bottles, five of which we’ll explore together on the night.
